Meet SureVM

Know exactly which hardware powers your cloud Mac

SureVM provides remotely accessible, dedicated physical Mac mini hosts. Each order maps to an independent node—not a virtual machine carved from shared resources—making it ideal for continuous development, automated builds, MLX experiments, and remote production workflows.

Our position

Make remote Macs verifiable engineering resources

When a team rents a remote host, what matters is not abstract compute capacity, but the chip, memory, storage, node location, rental term, and access boundaries. SureVM builds its products around these verifiable facts.

One node, one clear boundary

A dedicated physical host means its hardware serves only the current account. Developers can install tools, manage projects, run builds, and use a complete macOS graphical and command-line environment, while handling reinstallation, subscriptions, and support requests through the console.

  • Model specifications correspond directly to each order; vague resource tiers never replace hardware details
  • Choose the node region at checkout; live availability is determined by the console
  • Remote desktop and command-line access cover development, builds, and experiments
Development and builds

Xcode and mobile project toolchains

Ideal for workflows that require continuous macOS access, reproducible dependencies, retained build caches, and centralized logs and artifacts.

AI and content workflows

MLX experiments and remote production

Suitable for managing Python environments, model files, and experiment records, as well as proxy editing, remote review, audio engineering, and file exports.

Service principles

Publish the facts first, then decide if it fits

SureVM does not replace selection information with broad performance claims. Before paying, users should understand what they will receive, where it will run, how they will be billed, and which tasks remain their responsibility.

01

Transparent configurations

Only two Mac Mini M4 tiers are currently available: SureVM M4 Core with M4, 16GB memory, and a 256GB SSD; and SureVM M4 Plus with M4, 24GB memory, and a 512GB SSD. The page, plans, and orders use the same catalog.

02

Consistent pricing

Both tiers support daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly rentals, with all amounts settled in USD. Additional storage and Thunderbolt 5 parallel connections are priced separately, so users never need to infer the real cost from vague quotes.

03

Clear node boundaries

Choose the region and model at checkout. Catalog combinations are normally orderable, while live availability is returned by the console; temporary status is never presented as a marketing countdown, and dedicated nodes are never described as shared resources.

Infrastructure map

Five nodes covering Asia-Pacific and the U.S. West Coast

The SureVM catalog includes Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and the Western United States. Both Mac Mini M4 tiers can be selected in all five regions; actual availability is returned by the console at checkout.

For users

Different tasks, the same engineering requirements

Use cases vary, but users typically need a continuously reachable macOS environment, reproducible toolchains, clear logs, dedicated storage, and access and support processes their team can hand over.

iOS and macOS developers

Maintain Xcode, dependencies, certificates, and signing materials in a fixed environment for builds, testing, log review, and artifact archiving—without continuously occupying a local device.

  • Access a complete remote macOS environment
  • Pin toolchain versions by project
  • Keep build logs and artifacts centralized

CI/CD engineering teams

Run queued jobs on a fixed Runner that stays online, reuse dependency caches, and return each build’s results, logs, and failure context to the team workflow.

  • Keep the node identity paired with the Runner
  • Manage cache directories according to team policy
  • Investigate build failures with node logs

AI experimenters

Prepare MLX, isolated Python environments, and model files for Apple Silicon, while recording dependency versions, runtime parameters, outputs, and reproduction steps.

  • Keep model and data directories clearly separated
  • Isolate dependencies by experiment
  • Archive run records and results centrally

Audio and video professionals

Keep proxy media, project files, and output directories in a remotely collaborative environment for editing, review, audio processing, and final exports.

  • Use proxy media to reduce transfer overhead
  • Separate project files from version records
  • Sync deliverables to team storage
How we operate

Ordering, management, and support on one service chain

SureVM brings model selection, node confirmation, payment, delivery, subscription management, and support collaboration into one unified console. Users do not need to repeat order and node details across multiple systems.

Node service record Track every step
01

Confirm the catalog and term

Choose SureVM M4 Core or SureVM M4 Plus, then select a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly rental. Page pricing and checkout use the same catalog.

02

Choose a node and place your order

Choose from Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and the Western United States. Payment is limited to USDT-TRC20 or Visa, Mastercard, and Amex processed by Stripe; all charges are settled in USD.

03

Receive and manage your node

After initialization, view the instance, subscription, billing, and service information in the console. For connection or environment issues, submit a ticket from the same account with the node context included.

Before ordering

Compare first, then configure

The plans page lists both hardware tiers, four rental-term prices, add-ons, and the five-node matrix, helping teams align budgets and workflows first.

Get help with node details included

Support requests should include the node, model, time of occurrence, reproduction steps, and redacted logs. SureVM will never ask users to submit remote desktop passwords, private keys, or complete payment credentials.

Security and privacy

Collect only what fulfillment requires, with clear responsibilities

Dedicated hardware does not make responsibility boundaries ambiguous. SureVM provides the platform capabilities required for account and node services; users remain responsible for their project data, access permissions, credential management, and backup strategy.

SureVM is responsible for

Platform, order, and node service data

To verify identity, fulfill orders, deliver nodes, troubleshoot issues, protect security, and process billing, SureVM handles necessary account details, order information, node configuration, service logs, and support records.

  • Limit internal access and use service data only for fulfillment and troubleshooting
  • Keep payment processing separate from node service data while retaining information needed for orders and reconciliation
  • Allow users to request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant information through designated channels
Users are responsible for

Project data, credentials, and access scope

Users should control who can access the node, securely manage login credentials, repository keys, signing materials, and project files, and maintain independent backup and recovery procedures for critical data.

  • Grant only the permissions necessary to members actively involved in the project
  • Redact logs, paths, and business data before submitting a support request
  • Confirm that critical files have been securely transferred before reinstallation, migration, or expiration
Data and access responsibilities in SureVM services
Item Handled by SureVM User responsibilities
Account information Used for identity verification, order fulfillment, and necessary notices Keep information accurate and protect account login credentials
Node configuration Records the model, region, rental term, and service status Verify the order configuration and manage authorized users
Support logs Used within the ticket scope to locate faults Submit only necessary, redacted log excerpts
Project files Not proactively collected as routine support material Manage content, permissions, backups, and migration independently
Payment records Retains information needed for order completion and reconciliation Confirm billing details and protect complete payment credentials

When the catalog changes, the related facts change with it

SureVM earns trust by keeping information consistent over time, not through one-off marketing language. We continuously publish available configurations, actual prices, node coverage, and service rules, and update the key pages users see whenever anything changes.

A

Publish available configurations

The current catalog includes only SureVM M4 Core and SureVM M4 Plus. Each tier’s chip, memory, storage, and supported nodes are shown as listed; no unavailable configurations are added.

B

Publish actual prices

Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly prices and add-ons are listed separately. Before payment, checkout reconfirms the model, node, term, add-ons, and USD amount.

C

Publish node coverage and status standards

The node catalog fully lists Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, and the Western United States; live availability is determined by the console.

D

Publish service rules

Ordering, delivery, renewal, cancellation, acceptable use, availability, compensation, and data responsibilities are defined in formal policies. Corresponding pages are updated when the rules change.
