Product details

Rent a dedicated Mac mini, not a virtual machine quota

Confirm the hardware allocation and operational scope first, so dedicated physical nodes are not confused with shared compute instances.

Is SureVM Cloud Mac a virtual machine?

No. Each valid order corresponds to one dedicated physical Mac mini node. Its processor, memory, and system drive are not shared with other rental accounts. Connect remotely to the macOS graphical interface or command line over the network—ideal for continuous builds, development, automation, and MLX experiments.

What exactly does “dedicated physical machine” mean?

Dedicated means the node is assigned exclusively to the current order account for the rental period. System load, build caches, project files, and running processes stay on this physical Mac mini instead of sharing the same hardware resources with other tenants.

What can I manage after receiving the node?

You can use administrator privileges to install development tools, configure the runtime environment, manage project files, and view node and subscription details in the console. For node reinstallation, billing issues, or service problems, sign in to the console and submit a support ticket. You remain responsible for protecting access credentials and maintaining project backups.

Available configurations

Two Mac Mini M4 plans are currently available

Both plans use the M4 chip; the differences are memory, built-in storage, and price.

Which hardware configurations can I rent?
SureVM Mac Mini M4 configurations
Plan Chip Memory Built-in storage Hardware type
SureVM M4 Core M4 16GB 256GB SSD Dedicated physical Mac mini
SureVM M4 Plus M4 24GB 512GB SSD Dedicated physical Mac mini
How should I choose between Core and Plus?

For a single project, light Xcode builds, or everyday Flutter and React Native builds, start by evaluating SureVM M4 Core. For parallel development across multiple projects, larger dependency caches, continuously running build queues, or MLX inference, SureVM M4 Plus—with more memory and storage—is the better fit.

Can I upgrade Core to Plus after renting?

The two plans use different physical node configurations; they are not virtual resources that can be adjusted live online. If you need a different configuration, first plan data migration and rental-period continuity, then confirm the next steps through a console support ticket. Do not replace a node before backing up your project files.

Rental periods & pricing

Choose fixed catalog pricing by day, week, month, or quarter

All amounts are billed in USD. Choose a period based on project length, environment setup costs, and whether you need to retain caches continuously.

What are the complete prices for both plans?
SureVM plan pricing by day, week, month, and quarter
Plan Per day Per week Per month Per quarter
SureVM M4 Core $21.2 $57.3 $106.1 $288.6
SureVM M4 Plus $41.2 $111.3 $206.2 $560.9
How do I choose daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly billing?

Choose daily billing for temporary build-environment troubleshooting or short toolchain tests; weekly billing for a focused development or delivery sprint; monthly billing when you need to retain dependencies, caches, and a development environment; and quarterly billing for ongoing projects or a fixed CI Runner. Confirm the final choice and terms on the checkout page.

Do the listed prices include storage upgrades and Thunderbolt options?

No. Base prices cover each plan’s M4 chip, memory, and built-in storage. +1TB SSD, +2TB SSD, and Thunderbolt 5 expansion are separate add-ons billed by the selected period and shown in the checkout summary before you place an order.

Node selection

Two configurations across five available nodes

The node determines the remote connection route and the region where your workflow runs. Both plans are available in Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, and US West.

Which nodes does SureVM currently offer?
SG Singapore Southeast Asia workflows
JP Japan (Tokyo) East Asia workflows
KR South Korea (Seoul) Northeast Asia workflows
HK Hong Kong South China and Southeast Asia workflows
US-W US West North American West Coast workflows
How should I choose a node?

Prioritize a location close to your main operators, code repository access point, or team storage, and test network stability from your local connection to the target region before ordering. Teams in Asia-Pacific can compare Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hong Kong; teams whose main members are on the US West Coast can consider US West.

Are both machine types available in all five nodes?

Yes. The SureVM M4 Core and SureVM M4 Plus catalogs both include SG, JP, KR, HK, and US-W. Actual availability is returned in real time by the console when you submit your configuration.

Payments & billing

Two payment options, all billed in USD

Payment channels are intentionally streamlined. Verify the order amount, add-ons, and rental period before paying.

What payment methods does SureVM support?

USDT-TRC20 and card payments with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex are supported. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and all orders are billed in USD. The checkout flow determines which gateways are currently available.

What should I verify before paying?

At minimum, verify the plan name, M4 configuration, node, rental period, storage upgrades, number of Thunderbolt 5 expansions, and final USD amount. For on-chain payments, verify the network and order requirements; for card payments, complete the verification steps shown at checkout.

How can I get help with payment or reconciliation issues?

If you have already placed an order, sign in to the console and submit a support ticket with the order number, time of the incident, and redacted transaction details. If you have not placed an order yet, email support@surevm.comwith the plan and rental period you are considering and a description of the billing issue.

Remote access

Get credentials from the console and verify node details before connecting

Use remote desktop to access the macOS graphical interface. Configure the command line, development tools, and project environment after connecting, according to your team’s standards.

How do I connect to a Cloud Mac for the first time?
  1. 01
    Get credentials

After node initialization is complete, sign in to the console to view the node identifier and connection details.

  2. 02
    Connect via VNC

On a trusted device, use a VNC remote desktop client and connect to the target node with the details provided in the console.

  3. 03
    Update security settings

After your first login, change the initial credentials and restrict their use to authorized team members.

  4. 04
    Verify system information

Confirm the model, memory, storage, node number, and network status before installing the tools required for your project.

What should I check first if VNC cannot connect?

First confirm that the node status matches the connection details, then check whether your local network, firewall, proxy, or corporate egress policy is restricting remote desktop traffic. Try again on a stable network and record the error message, time, node number, and redacted logs. If you still cannot connect, submit this information through a console support ticket.

Can I send remote access credentials to support?

Do not submit remote desktop passwords, private keys, or complete payment credentials. Support troubleshooting generally requires only the node number, model, time, reproduction steps, network environment, and redacted logs. If credentials may have been exposed, update them immediately and describe the potential scope in your ticket.

Storage & expansion

Expansion options are priced separately by rental period

Expansion is useful for projects that retain large dependency caches, model files, proxy media, or parallel workflows. It does not change the base plan’s chip or memory specifications.

What are the complete prices for storage and Thunderbolt 5 expansion?
SureVM storage and Thunderbolt 5 expansion pricing by period
Add-on Per day Per week Per month Per quarter
+1TB SSD $2.3 $6.2 $11.4 $31
+2TB SSD $4.6 $12.4 $22.8 $62
Thunderbolt 5 expansion (per machine) $1.9 $5.1 $9.5 $25.8
When should I add more SSD capacity?

Estimate peak usage and transfer requirements before ordering when Xcode derived data, multiple SDKs, dependency caches, model files, video proxy media, and build artifacts will coexist long term. +1TB SSD suits medium-sized project caches; +2TB SSD is better for larger models or audio and video workspaces.

What tasks are suited to Thunderbolt 5 expansion?

This option is billed per participating node and suits teams with a clearly designed multi-node data flow, task-splitting strategy, and result aggregation process. It does not automatically provide linear gains for a single build task; confirm the software pipeline, data locations, and concurrency model before ordering.

Uptime & service credits

99.9% is a service uptime target, not a vague performance promise

Uptime calculations focus on service reachability, affected duration, and incident records—not individual build speed or fluctuations in the user’s network.

99.9% Service uptime target
365 days Nodes operate normally year-round
Based on affected duration Calculated under the service terms
How should I understand 99.9% uptime?

99.9% is the service uptime target used to measure qualifying service interruptions. Nodes operate normally 365 days a year. User-side network issues, incorrect credentials, failures caused by system changes made by the user, and force majeure events are assessed under the service terms to determine whether they count toward the measurement.

What status records should I keep during an incident?

Save the node number, model, target node, incident start and recovery times, error messages, reproduction steps, local network test results, and redacted logs. Service-side records and the information you submit are used together to confirm the impact and duration.

How are credits calculated for qualifying interruptions?

Service credits are calculated under the service terms based on qualifying affected duration and the applicable order scope—not on unverified performance differences. Submit complete incident details through a console support ticket so the node, time range, service impact, and applicable terms can be confirmed.

For measurement boundaries, responsibility, and the claim process, review the current service terms.
